Davey Spicciati dedicates her practice to the areas of Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property, and Business and Corporate law.  After she earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, she attended Barry University Law School in Orlando, Florida, as well as the University College London, England.  While enrolled at Barry University, she was a member of Law Review and represented the school in the National Moot Court Entertainment Law Competition, where she placed ninth in a field of competitors from across the country.  In 2005, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law.

Davey created the Music Business Law class for Full Sail University, Orlando, where she currently teaches a course in Copyright & Music Publishing.  In addition, Davey is on the Board of Directors for The Center for Contemporary Dance in Winter Park, Florida and is a volunteer arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.  She currently represents clients in many areas of the entertainment industry, including musicians, artists, filmmakers, actors, agents, managers, promoters and production companies.
