GENERAL LITIGATION

     Over the past 34 years, Donna Draves has litigated thousands of cases successfully.  She has handled various types of cases including, but not limited to, commercial litigation, non-compete agreements, shareholders’ disputes, family law matters and enforcement of promissory notes.  One of the reasons for her success is that she is very selective and will not accept a case unless she considers it to be viable.
